Senior Engineer / Engineering Manager

    Responsibilities

  • Lead the reliability engineering asset integrity and management system for the different client’s facility, with support from engineers and inspectors.
  • Supervise engineers and inspectors for day to day engineering project and assignment
  • Coordinate and ensure the input of relevant data into the asset management system
  • Recommend and support planning and training/development of existing personnel
  • Provide support to operations readiness group with the development of commissioning, startup plans and shut down activities
  • Cultivate an environment focused on safety and ensure effective safe work processes are implemented and maintained
  • Ensure asset management and maintenance processes deliver and support industry leading reliability and plant availability
  • Ensure maintenance department compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Maintain collaborative relationship with other field departments and strive for and encourage continuous improvement
  • Code calculation and verification, review and establish procedures and quality control plans for asset for Oil, Gas and Power industries
  • Lead activities and engineers and inspectors to meet the technical requirements of projects with maximizing the utilization of resources and providing the highest quality product
  • Review engineering reports, follow up reports and keep liaison with client for status of the project
  • Prepare the bidding documents, proposal and budgets and proposals
  • Provide technical guidance to engineers, technologists and inspectors and make schedule with applying CPM (critical path method) & follow up the job status

    Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical major)
  • 12+ years relevant experience (oil, gas or power industries preferred)
  • Excellent communication, strong organization skills, attention to details and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of engineering theories and principles
  • Previous experience in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of asset management processes
  • Thorough knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and practices
  • Strong work ethics, good interpersonal skills, and effective oral and written communication abilities
  • Ability to learn from others and adopt best practice
  • Able to communicate ideas, recommendations to team members, management in an effective way
  • Strong ability to report writing and report reviewing
  • Computer knowledge – MS office and AutoCAD
  • Strong client relationship
